3. Ordering Process

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery timeline. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for orders under ₹10,000

Payment Security: All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Failed Transactions: If a payment fails, please retry or contact your bank. Orders will not be processed until successful payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery Process

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,500.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Products must not show any signs of wear or damage

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Hygiene-related products (e.g., mouthguards, inner wear)
• Products purchased during clearance or special sales (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a free replacement at no additional cost.

Return Process:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us
5. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Support

All products sold by Shuttle Shockers come with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.

Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship. They do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Claiming Warranty: To claim warranty service, please contact us with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
